Decorative sheet-like metallic Silver in an impressive size grown with Calcite and dark matrix.The locality close to Nieder-Beerbach is not well known yet. It is a gabbro-quarry to get gravel stone, where the workings occasionally cross Calcite/Barite-veins with ore minerals. Silver in dimensions like this specimen have always been rare.
